At Kimberly-Clark de México’s position on virgin fibers

At Kimberly-Clark de México we manufacture quality cellulose products to meet our customer's needs, using virgin fibers (wood pulp) and secondary fibers (post-consumer fibers).

We are committed to a circular and responsible raw material supply, that is why we ensure that all our virgin fibers come from sustainable sources, procured from certified forests that operate under strict environmental criteria, thus promoting a sustainable forest management, preserving ecosystems, protecting biodiversity and avoiding pollution.

We attest to the foregoing through several international certifications that our providers must submit, including, among others: Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®) License FSC-C140370, Sustainable Forestry Initiative, Program for the Endorsement of Forest Certification Schemes (PEFC®), Canadian Sustainable Forest Management (CSA).
